I offer both in-person and virtual sessions via Zoom or telephone.
If my availability allows, I can also accommodate hybrid sessions, combining face-to-face and virtual meetings.
I provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy, with sessions available on a weekly or fortnightly basis, tailored to your preferences and needs.
Additionally, I offer Single Session Therapy (SST) for individuals and couples, which is a longer, one-off session designed to address specific concerns.

Therapy can be a valuable resource whether you're navigating personal challenges or relationship difficulties.
For individuals, therapy is helpful if you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotions, relationships, or facing life transitions, such as anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma. It’s a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and work toward personal growth.
For couples, therapy can be beneficial if you're experiencing relationship difficulties, communication issues, or conflicts. It can also help with rebuilding trust, addressing intimacy concerns, or navigating life changes together.
If you’re uncertain, I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss your concerns and determine if therapy is the right choice for you or your relationship. There’s absolutely no obligation to continue after the consultation, and you can decide what feels right for you moving forward.
-
You can reach out to me via email, phone, text/WhatsApp, or by using the contact option on this website to arrange an initial consultation. I will respond to you within 24 hours. (Please check your spam folder, as occasionally my emails may end up there).
The initial consultation is an informal chat over Zoom, or if you prefer, a phone call. We’ll discuss schedules, any questions you may have, and it will be an opportunity for both of us to decide if we are a good fit.
The initial consultation is free of charge and typically lasts for up to 20 minutes. After this consultation, you’re under no obligation to continue. If we decide to proceed, we will book an appointment for our first session.

My practice is located in Blackheath Village, a five-minute walk from Blackheath Rail Station.
Blackheath Village is well connected to both South East and Central London with direct trains to and from London Bridge, Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross.
It is easily accessible by bus, walk or rail from Lewisham, Lee, Greenwich, Deptford, New Cross, Hither Green, Ladywell, Lee and the surrounding areas.

The first session is an introductory one, designed to understand who you are and identify the key obstructive knots in your narrative. It will be a conversational session where I will ask you questions to help guide the discussion and make you feel at ease. This is also an opportunity for both of us to get to know each other: you'll learn about my style of working, and I’ll get a sense of what we will be working on together.
I understand that meeting someone new for the first time can feel daunting and stressful, especially when it comes to discussing personal matters. As someone who has been a client myself, I can assure you that I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. There’s no need to prepare anything or worry about what to say, as I’ll be guiding the session in a way that feels as relaxed as possible.
Additionally, having a consultation over video will give you a sense of who I am, so it won’t feel like meeting a complete stranger.

Individual and couples sessions typically last for 50 minutes. Single sessions, which are a longer, one-off session, last for 75 minutes.
However, if you feel that you need more time, I also offer longer sessions to accommodate your needs.
