Frequently Asked Questions

What is Single Session Therapy?

Single session therapy (SST) is a structured and focused approach, usually completed in one longer session. Together, we'll define the issue and aim at developing an actionable plan by the end of the session. This solution-focused approach is ideal for those seeking immediate support, that have specific issues to address or with limited resources or time for long-term therapy. You can find out more about SST here.

How do I start therapy?

You can reach out to me via email, phone, text/WhatsApp or by using the contact option on this website to arrange an initial consultation. I will respond to you within 24 hours. (Please check your spam folder, as occasionally my emails may end up there). The initial consultation is an informal chat over Zoom or if you prefer phone call. We'll discuss schedules and any questions you may have at this stage, helping you decide if we're a good fit.
The initial consultation is free of charge and it typically lasts for up to 20 minutes. After that, you're under no obligation to continue.
